CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our business, orders may ONLY be cancelled if we receive your request via email 24 HOURS of placing your order. Be sure to include your first and last name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Send cancellation requests to: modernpatriotholsters@gmail.com 
Orders cancelled after the 24-hour period are subject to a 60% cancellation fee.

There are exceptions to this, such as "Clearance Holster" orders and "Quick Ship" orders and "Rush" orders which cannot be cancelled after the order is placed, or if your holster has already been created.

Our holsters are made to order and customized to your specifications, so unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please do your research before you buy and feel free to email us if you have concerns before ordering. 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Modern Patriot Holsters offers a limited lifetime warranty on all holsters. This includes the holster shell and all failed attachments. Colored kydex is not covered. You will receive a black holster in replacement.

Normal wear and tear on hardware (such as screws, finish washers, rubber spacers, and posts) are not included under our warranty policy. These can be purchased separately from our website or by emailing us.

If it is found that your holster was damaged due to negligence such as leaving it in the sun in a hot car causing it to deform, running it over with your truck to test it for a YouTube video or it is physically altered in any way, we may not cover that.

If you need to warranty an item, please ship your item to: Modern Patriot Holsters 710 Tharp Ave. Green Forest, AR 72638. Please include your order receipt in the package.  

 

ORDER CHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our business, we are unable to accept order changes on most orders. However, if you do need to make a change on your order you can make a request via email or text (no phone calls). Be sure to include your first and last name, order number, and reason for changes to: modernpatriotholsters@gmail.com. Customer service will then determine if the order change can be completed or not. 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns on any items unless they are labeled Quick Ship. If your quick ship holster or mag carrier need a return for whatever reason you have 30 days upon delivery of your product to initiate a return. The customer will cover the return shipping and there will be a 40% restocking fee from the total original price.
