Each holster is made by hand and built with our customers in mind. We offer over a million unique combinations between firearms, lights, lasers, colors, and hardware. Some holsters may take an hour to do and some may take half a day depending on the complexity of it. Due to the nature of our business and making a custom products that are made to order we do have a lead time. It is the amount of time we estimate that it will take to get to your order due to how many orders we have in front of yours. We are constantly working to exceed our lead times and get your holster to you as fast as possible. We appreciate all of our customers and strive to make the best possible holster on the market but perfection takes time. We hope we can earn your business now and in the future!
We do not send status updates throughout production of your holster. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and your status will change to "SHIPPED"

Although not common some orders may take longer than the quoted lead time. Circumstances that cause longer lead times are always temporary and are related to higher than expected work volume.
