Thank you for shopping with Modern Patriot Holsters. We appreciate your trust in our craftsmanship. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of our holsters and accessories.
1. Processing Time
- Custom Holsters: Each holster and carrier is handmade to order. Please refer to our Lead Times listed below each product description for production before placing an order. Typical Time for processing is 3-4 weeks before shipping.
- Some products are (Special Ordered) and may take an addition 1-2 weeks.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated shipping times:
- Domestic (U.S.): [Priority Shipping 3–5 business days]
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS and use Priority Mail.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear online.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at modernpatriotholsters@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
- If a package arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and photos for claims.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot refund or reship orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly.
