Duty Holster: Here at Modern Patriot Holsters we take pride in giving our customers the absolute best in customized holster options. Our Duty Holsters are truly a work of art! We offer several kydex color options including carbon fiber and much more. We finish each holster with your choice of colored finishing washers and screws. Stop searching for ordinary and make a holster that stands out of the crowd! 

Kydex Colors: The color of your kydex on the outside of the holster. Inside color is determined by the pattern you choose. We use standard 0.080" thick kydex unless specified in drop down options for limited colors. 

Sweat Guard: The sweat guard is the height of kydex against the skin. We offer high, medium, and low cuts.

Attachment & Mounting Options: Our holsters can be made to fit a variety of belt attachments or mounts. We offer several options including Blade-Tech, G-Code, & Safariland.

(Blade-Tech) Tek-Lok: The Blade-Tech Tek-Lok belt attachment is the industry gold standard when it comes to belt mounting solutions. Innovative and versatile, the Tek-Lok can accommodate up to a 2.25” belt.

(Blade-Tech) Duty Drop & Offset W/ Single Leg Strap: The new and improved Duty Drop and Offset is a customizable, mid-rise belt attachment made to drop your holster and clear space for a faster, cleaner draw. Made in the USA with an ergonomic design, the Duty Drop and Offset holster attachment form fits to your hip providing you with all-day comfort. The newly created belt shim enhances this modular system by giving you the flexibility to use belts up to 2” (2.25” without the shim). It also helps to anchor the platform and keep it from moving even without a thigh strap. Additionally, the Drop holster attachment features slots for both a thigh strap and an adjustable cant. Unlike the previous fixed mounting holes, the new slot offers you both positive and negative cant with 32.5 degrees of travel.

(Blade-Tech) Tek-Mount: The Tek-Mount Receiver is the female portion of the Tek-Mount system, which is a two part quick connect mounting system and requires the Tek-Mount 360 Insert Disk for proper use. This system provides the same function, speed, and ease of use as the Safariland® QLS but with the added ability to cant your holster instantly without the use of screws or posts. The patent pending Tek-Mount allows for 10 degree cant increments in 360 degrees. The receiver can be mounted on your existing belt attachments, Molle Attachments or directly to surfaces like car dashboards, bed frames, and more when choosing the "No Attachment" option.

(G-Code) RTI 35 Hanger: The G-Code 35 Hanger is a versatile mounting accessory designed for various applications utilizing the RTI hanger system. Made from durable aluminum, it is suitable for heavy duty applications, providing a secure connection between the holster and mounting platforms. each hanger comes with mounting hardware including slotted posts and phillips screws, ensuring a reliable fit. 

(G-Code) RTI ODPP Platform W/ Single leg Strap + Hanger: The Optimal Drop pistol platform fits belts up to 2 Inches. Heavy Duty RTI Tactical Belt Mount. Inner hook lining to provide a solid non-shifting mount when used in conjunction with a loop lined tactical belt. This allows perfect placement for your holster or other gear.

(G-Code) Thigh Rig Mule ISS W/ REAC Clip + Hanger: Is an ISS Carry Platform (Intermediate Suspension System) intended to bridge the gap between traditional belt and thigh transport options. It rides higher than a Drop Leg System and Lower than a Duty Mount. It gives the user total security of the weapon platform with the addition of a leg strap, but flexibility with the REAC belt attachment system. 

(Safariland) QLS 19 Fork: The QLS 19 Fork can be connected to either the QLS 22 or QLS 22L Receiver Plate. Use with either of these receiver plates allows for quick transfer of holster between attachment points such as a belt loop, tactical leg shroud or other stable mounting platform. The QLS fork and plate combination passes the Level I Retention pull test. 

(Safariland) High-Ride Belt Loop: The Hi-Ride Belt Loop rides 1” higher than standard belt loops. Designed for use on any Safariland 3-hole patterned holster, it is available in black, in 1.5” (38mm) or 1.75” (45mm) belt widths.

(Safariland) VUBL 2.25": For added comfort and the ability to easily position a holster based on preference, Safariland is introducing the new Vertical Universal Belt Loop (VUBL) with a quick 3-position height adjustment. Compatible with any Safariland 3-hole patterned duty holster, the VUBL allows the user to quickly raise or lower their holster without any tools required. With the VUBL, a user can comfortably position their holster to sit in a Low-ride, Mid-ride or Hi-ride holster height position and will not pinch or add pressure to the hip bone. The VUBL passes the Retention™ pull test and locks onto any duty belt with a belt slot design.

Finishing Washer: Finish washers are the hardware that go between the screw and kydex. Standard is black but we also offer custom colored washers to accent your holster with. 

Speed Lock Level 2 Retention System: Is Produced by Spetz Gear and has clear advantages over similar options currently on the market. This patent pending design allows for a secured closed retention (Level 2) hood, meeting many large professional agencies' holster requirements. The SpeedLock Gen 2 carries over the proven release mechanism from the original with an improved top strap featuring an increased thickness from .060 to .093 and reinforced pivot points. The thumb release is sized and positioned for repeatable positive activation of the release while securing a firm grip, all in one single motion. No additional grip adjustments need to be made prior to, or after the drawing of the pistol. The smooth action thumb release activates the spring-loaded hood in a fraction of a second. This allows for the handgun to be immediately drawn as soon as the grip is secure. This is much different from other designs, which require the depressing of the lock release followed by a forward movement by the user to secure the grip. The rearward unlocking motion saves valuable spacing between the retention system and the mounting platform. Because it does not require the thumb to push down and outward (toward the body), this retention is ideal for mounting on a chest rig/vest carrier system.

TRS Level 2 Retention System: Produced by Talon Retention Systems a must have for enhancing the safety and security of your holster. Made in the U.S.A and crafted with duty holsters in mind offering a higher level of retention than the standard Level I, the Level II Hood Kit is equipped with an automatic thumb break release mechanism. Whether for additional security compliance or for extra peace of mind, this hood kit will help you quickly convert any level I holster to current level II retention standards.

Optic Cuts:  Our optic cut is fairly universal except for a few choice optics on the market. If you choose an optic cut but do not have an optic on your firearm it will not make a difference on fitment or retention. If you order an optics cut and it does not fit simply send it back and we will modify your holster appropriately and send it back. 

Threaded Barrels & Comps: If you have a threaded barrel on your firearm for a suppressor or compensator we will leave an area for the threaded barrel. We cannot guarantee that all compensators will fit with this cut because all manufacturers differ from one another. As long as the comp is not larger than the slide it will fit into the holster but will not be “enclosed” in the holster but protrude out through the bottom.  

Suppressor Height Sights: Our molds are built to accept up to .4" sights in most cases. If yours have taller then .4" please use our contact us page to ensure they will fit. This is a very rare case that they are taller than that. 

Add Vibra-Tite: We recommend adding this to your order. However, blue loctite will also work. After adjusting your holster to your carry preferences we recommend removing all screws and applying threadlocker to them. It is not applied at our shop to allow the customer to adjust their holster when they receive it.

These holsters are handmade by a small team that produces the best quality holsters found anywhere. If you are not able to wait for our level of quality we would recommend shopping elsewhere. 

Order Changes: After you place your order there are absolutely no changes or cancellations allowed. It takes far too long to track down your order in our shop to make a change that may no longer even be possible. 

Limited Lifetime Warrantee: If your holster breaks down due to normal wear and tear we will replace or fix at no cost to you.
